Lastly, I feel as if the Lord would have me to post this sermon by John Bevere. I wish to thank John, as he was always willing to lay his soul bare in his teachings.
This is how you know a man sincerely cares about the Church. It is when he is willing to be nailed to the cross and lifted up, so all may see his nakedness.
That was what Jesus did.
But you see, I have a great concern for the church, as I see all of these multitudes coming to the Lord. Just as in the days of the Jesus Revolution, I am perceiving a new generation where there are mass conversions, yet the sheep are all out there without a Shepherd, just doing what they believe to be "trending," Christianity.
Christianity isn't supposed to be "trending," it is supposed to be disciplined.
With this coming 'Revival,' we need to pray for mature leaders.
In the "Book of Acts," Paul warned the Ephesian church:

In Acts 20:29-31, Paul warns the Ephesian elders that after his departure, "grievous wolves" would enter among them, not sparing the flock. He also warns that from within their own group, men will arise, speaking twisted things to draw away disciples.
Paul's warning to the Ephesian elders is found in Acts 20:29-31. He tells them that "I know this that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also from among yourselves men shall arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after themselves". This warning highlights the potential dangers the church faced, both from outside and within, after Paul's departure.
You see, my worst fear is that there are going to be untold members of men who will all be preaching the same American Gospel, which I have witnessed fail for over forty years and longer.
They will all wish to gather their disciples in order to build huge Cathedrals and mega Churches, taking from the people those resources in which could be spent for helping the individuals of the church and those of future conversions who are in dire need.
Could I tell you an observation in which I have made in the last few years?
It is when I go online and I will visit a church in Europe, or in other parts of the world, all of these people have works toward their fellow men.
I am talking about homeless shelters, drug rehabilitation centers, on and on. These people are clothing the destitute, they are helping the drug addict, they are restoring lives and marriages. nevertheless, in America we are a church without any works.
There are a few, but not many.
The other day, I posted a sermon by a Vineyard Church, in Columbus, and the Pastor made a statement that I have heard few preachers ever make.
He said something to the effect, "It is the churches responsibility to take care of the indigent of society, not the government's responsibility."
Nonetheless, as we look across this great land of ours, and we close in to see all the "works," of the Church, there are none.
Now we have buildings, and we have great Cathedrals, and we have huge Mega-churches, with the finest Choirs and coffee shops, yet we have no "works," as was suggested by our Lord for the people.
You know, the people who Jesus established the church for.
"Oh yea, them guys, why not John?"
"Oh, perhaps because we have let the wolves 'enter in among you, not sparing the flock.'"
