Hebrews 12:1 New Living Translation
12 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, let us strip off every weight that slows us down, especially the sin that so easily trips us up. And let us run with endurance the race God has set before us.

These are results for question, "Does the church consider George Whitefield's amazing voice to be part of a supernatural gift from God?"
Show original results
AI Overview
Yes, many evangelical Christians and various church traditions consider George Whitefield's powerful voice and extraordinary oratorical abilities to be a "God-given" gift or a supernatural endowment of the Holy Spirit.
While the Anglican Church, to which he was ordained, did not have an official dogma specifically on his voice, the broader "church" (particularly evangelical and revivalist traditions) views his abilities as divinely appointed for the work of the Great Awakening.
Key Perspectives
A "Trumpet Voice": Whitefield's voice was famously resonant and clear, often described as a "trumpet" that could be heard by tens of thousands of people in open fields without any amplification. Benjamin Franklin's measurements in Philadelphia suggested his voice could reach over 30,000 people. This immense natural capacity is widely seen as a specific,
providential gift from God, uniquely suited for his outdoor, mass evangelism.
Natural Abilities "Taken Captive" for Christ: Many theologians and historians today emphasize that his natural talents, including his dramatic flair and powerful voice, were not "supernatural" in the sense of being a miraculous power he did not naturally possess.
Instead, they were natural gifts that were sanctified, empowered, and used by the Holy Spirit for God's glory and the salvation of sinners.
Empowerment of the Holy Spirit: Whitefield himself, and his followers, often spoke of preaching "with much power" or "life and light and power from above," attributing the effectiveness and impact of his preaching (which included his voice) to the anointing of the Holy Spirit, rather than just his natural charisma.
A Catalyst for Awakening: His voice was more than a physical attribute; it was an instrument for spiritual transformation. Contemporary accounts frequently mention how his voice, combined with his passionate delivery and focus on the "new birth" message, moved vast audiences to tears and repentance.
In essence, the prevailing Christian view is that God providentially equipped George Whitefield with exceptional vocal and oratorical gifts and empowered them supernaturally to spearhead the Great Awakening.

Can I be honest with you?
Ever since I became a Christian I have always questioned everything that is spoken about in the church. It is not that I ama doubting Thomas, but when I stand before Jesus on that day, I don't want to have to tell him, 'Well, golly gee Lord, it all looked as if it came from you and was sanctified as "Holy."
No, I want to tell him Lord, I trusted no man, but I tested everything to make sure that it was from you. Therefore, I am not caught up in ERROR, or unbelief.
Well, I found Brother Hagin to be a very real "man of God," full of integrity, so I seldom had reason to question his spoken teachings or word. Nevertheless, we are all only human, so at the time when "the Berlin wall," fell and I had heard some of these prophecies, I said to myself.
"Gee, brother Hagin must have missed it when he was speaking of the very end times, because Communism is dead, and who in the world would ever want to resurrect it."
Nonetheless, God's word always proves true and all that you have to do is to look at America and where we are headed.
Could any one of you ever imagine that our country would be in the state that we are in today?
Could you ever imagine that our own brothers and sisters in America would be pushing Socialism and Communism?
No, not in a million years, yet these ARE the LAST DAYS, open your eyes and wake up.
Following is a Prophecy from Brother Hagin taken from the early sixties.

The passages where Moses felt inadequate and asked for help are primarily in Exodus 3-4, where he objects to leading the Israelites out of Egypt due to his speech impediment, leading God to provide his brother Aaron as his spokesperson, and in Exodus 18, where his father-in-law Jethro tells him he's taking on too much and can't do it alone, suggesting he appoint other leaders to share the burden.
Exodus 3-4 (Speech & Inadequacy)
Moses' Objection: In Exodus 4:10, Moses tells God, "Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither now nor in the past, nor since you have spoken to your servant, but I am slow of speech and tongue".
God's Solution: God gets angry but then provides Aaron, saying, "Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know he can speak well... You shall speak to him and put words in his mouth" (Exodus 4:14-15).

(Just some more brothers and sisters in the body of Christ, that I can help. you ought to try it sometime?)
One of my favorite Theologians. She doesn't speak Jesus, please note.
The Godly Whistleblower: https://youtu.be/7l0rpgYiB44
AKA: "The accuser of the brethren," as some would have you to believe. Not me, for goodness' sake! Neither is she a blasphemer of the Holy work of God, nor does she tear down individual's characters.
She just judges them for singing Praise and worship unto Jesus.
The following is another great theologian: one of Joel Osteen's worst critic, as there are hundreds and thousands of them on the net. (And please note, that I am not judging Joel's theology one way or another, but what is sad is that these people are not individual critics of (Spirit Filled Ministers and Ministries,) but they are making oodles of money through their gossip, slander and pettiness. Or are they Biblical examples of the prophets we find in the Bible?
Can you imagine Isaiah telling the people "Don't listen to that so-called Prophet Jeremiah."
You see, it is one thing to point out error in the church, it is quite another to be like "Lucy," of "Peanuts," fame and to hang a shingle on tile outside your ministry.
God's Whistleblower.......5 cents, please!
In other words, what God would like you to do when you encounter one of these "lost souls," is to imagine "Lucy," from the comic strip "Peanuts," because in God's eyes, this is about all that they look like from his perspective.
Can you understand what I am saying?
It's not Rocket Science, many of these people are just filled with "spirits," of jealousy, Envy, hatred, gossip and the like, so because of this they wish to turn these personal attributes to wealth for themselves, instead of getting a real job.
My first question to any of these know-it-all Theologians would be, "So, how many men have you accompanied to an altar to accept Christ?"
Yet you criticize a man who has brought a million or so people to the altar from a personal account of them listening to a sermon from that "MONSTER."
Next link, one of thousands set against Joel Osteen: https://youtu.be/B109z2PuT4k
Lastly, if the "truth," were told many of these individuals in the church are mere agents of Satan, used to dissuade individuals from going further in their "walk with God," by asking for the personal Prayer language OFFERED BY GOD TO EVERY INDIVIDUAL.
AI Overview
The scripture that says, "you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free," is found in the Bible at John 8:32. Jesus speaks these words to Jewish people who had believed in Him, promising that if they remain in His teachings (abide in His word), they will gain spiritual freedom from sin and ignorance.
Full Verse (NIV): "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free".
Context: This is often linked to John 8:31, where Jesus says, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples" (John 8:31, NIV).
Meaning: "Knowing the truth" means experientially understanding and living by Jesus' teachings, leading to spiritual liberation.
Note to all these critics, the "Truth," is that we have all missed the mark. No one man is perfect, as a pastor, preacher or human being. Nonetheless, if you can show me that each and every convert of Joel Osteen's suffered a false encounter with Jesus, then perhaps I may reconsider your thinking.
Otherwise, you ought to have a seat in the "Corner," and shut that big elusive "trap," of yours, which some recognize to be a MOUTH!
And this is a "word of the Lord," but not to a few.
It is a "word of the Lord," to a "MANY."

The story of the rich young ruler, highlighting his greatest failing (loving his wealth more than God), is found in the New Testament Gospels: Matthew 19:16-30, Mark 10:17-31, and Luke 18:18-30; his "shameful" act was walking away sadly after Jesus told him to sell all possessions and follow Him, revealing his idolatry and inability to prioritize God, which is a pivotal moment about attachment to worldly riches.
Key Details from the Passages:
The Question: A rich young man asks Jesus what he must do to inherit eternal life.
Jesus' Challenge: Jesus lists commandments, which the man claims to have kept; Jesus then adds, "One thing you still lack. Sell all you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me".
The Ruler's Reaction: The man becomes sad and goes away, unwilling to give up his great wealth, showing his true idol.
The Lesson: Jesus uses this to teach that it's difficult for the wealthy to enter God's kingdom, emphasizing that prioritizing possessions over God hinders discipleship.
This narrative powerfully illustrates how the desire for earthly riches can become a significant obstacle to following Jesus, revealing the ruler's deepest spiritual failure.
Mark 10:17-31 New Living Translation
(The Rich Man)
17 As Jesus was starting out on his way to Jerusalem, a man came running up to him, knelt down, and asked, "Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
18 "Why do you call me good?" Jesus asked. "Only God is truly good.
19 But to answer your question, you know the commandments: 'You must not murder. You must not commit adultery. You must not steal. You must not testify falsely. You must not cheat anyone. Honor your father and mother.'"
20 "Teacher," the man replied, "I've obeyed all these commandments since I was young."
21 Looking at the man, Jesus felt genuine love for him. "There is still one thing you haven't done," he told him. "Go and sell all your possessions and give the money to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."
22 At this the man's face fell, and he went away sad, for he had many possessions.
23 Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God!"
24 This amazed them. But Jesus said again, "Dear children, it is very hard to enter the Kingdom of God.
25 In fact, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the Kingdom of God!"
26 The disciples were astounded. "Then who in the world can be saved?" they asked.
27 Jesus looked at them intently and said, "Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God."
28 Then Peter began to speak up. "We've given up everything to follow you," he said.
29 "Yes," Jesus replied, "and I assure you that everyone who has given up house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or property, for my sake and for the Good News,
30 will receive now in return a hundred times as many houses, brothers, sisters, mothers, children, and property-along with persecution. And in the world to come that person will have eternal life.
31 But many who are the greatest now will be least important then, and those who seem least important now will be the greatest then."
****************************************************
The other day, I was inspired to write a paper concerning a few of these Online You Tubers, who have deputized themselves to be the "defender of righteousness," against all of these 'Spirit Filled Ministries," or Minister's.
You see, what they pretend to do is to go after one ministry after another declaring all of their ERROR, and thereby exalting themselves up as "Spotless and Sinless Lambs," who have been taken advantage of by ministries which are so much more successfully (worldly wise) as their many failure ministries which actually don't serve any other purpose other than negatively reporting on God's work which is many times inspired by the Holy Spirit.
So, I guess a better way to say it is to say that they like to blaspheme the work of the Holy Spirit, as He ministers on Earth.
I hope that these cowards have the integrity to read all of my arguments and not to read one and thereby using it as an excuse to dismiss my teaching.
You see, my teaching comes from "walking with the Lord," for well over forty years and from observing and interacting in the same way that many of these people act, yet I never hung a 'shingle,' outside my office.
"Have Gun, will travel, so long as it brings disunity to the 'Body of Christ.'"
Have you ever been handed a business card like that?
Allow me to share some wisdom for a while.
I began my Christian journey when God spoke audibly to me from a hospital bed after over-dosing on drugs. He told me to move to Lansing, MI and to go learn about him.
I joined a Christian Community which was more likened to a commune modeled from the Scriptural example of the Early Church written about in the "Book of Acts."
I spent three to four years in this "boot camp," environment and then felt God moving me to a sister community in the same town. Both communities were recognized nationwide as "churches trending in the Charismatic Revival."
One community started to become more predominantly Catholic geared, so I figured that God was moving me on. One of their decisions at the time was to sort of take a sabbatical and to no longer evangelize for a time. Well, I found this against my conscience concerning the gospel. At the time I worked in a Drop Forge in Lansing, and I had helped convert a fellow worker who became a close brother in the Lord to me. Well, not wanting to bring him in my first church, I brought him to a sister community in the same city.
Soon, I found myself in that community, as well. Nonetheless, the 'shepherds,' set us up in one of the houses. This was owned by a lady who was not a member of the community, but a next door neighbor to one of the Elders. She rented rooms to the community members since she was friends with one of the Elders.
Anyway, it's probably the fifth or sixth week and my friend and I attended one of the "Cell" groups assigned to our immediate 'little shepherd,' who was under the 'big Shepherd' who lived next door to us.
You see, this was considered a "Shepherding Community."
Well, here we go to our first "Cell," group, Jon and myself who am also named John to sit under the teaching of our 'little shepherd,' named John.
So, along with a few married couples, a few other single individuals, as well as Jon and myself, the meeting begins.
First on the agenda, the meeting leader (little shepherd John,) calls for everybody to submit their TITHE. So, all comply, as well as myself, but my close buddy, my own convert or 'sheep,' as Jesus might've called him, says to John the group leader, "Hey, you know I left my house and forgot to bring it with me, as I had it in a dresser drawer."
Actually, at that time, we might not have been living at Trudy's because I recall that his apartment at the time was still on the other side of town. Nevertheless, when he made that statement to the "shepherd," this guy went off his nut, or so it seemed to me. But he starts accusing my "convert," of trying to cheat God and the Church and to my shock, I watched this man demean and humiliate another human being in my sight, God's sight, and before every other member of the community who was there that night.
All because he assumed that the man was purposely trying to cheat God or the Church out of the TITHE.
Now let me explain that I had only been a Christian for maybe three to four years, but I had never ever witnessed anything like that from my first community. In fact, that church never once demanded any one's TITHE.
They taught on the benefits and the scriptural value of the TITHE, but they never tried to manipulate any one to TITHE.
Well, if you are a Christian who reads the Bible or if you have Bible Knowledge in order to discern God's heart on matters, then you should know what RIGHT is and what is WRONG.
This man was WRONG, and I proceeded to inform him of the fact. I laid into this guy, correcting him on the scriptures that he was quoting and there before every other member of the church I made him look like dirt.
I stated, you don't even know what you are quoting when you quote your legalistic scriptures from Malachi. I said, those scriptures weren't written to the people, as much as they were written to the Priests. I said, it was the Priests, who were offering sick and diseased animals, it was the Priest's who were profaning the altar and the gifts.
I forget all that I said, but "Man, I let that guy have it."
And then when he started to argue with me, I told him outright in front of every other member, who by the way, he was 'little Shepherd," over.
I said, "I am not arguing with you, I'm not speaking another word to you, I demand to see every one of the top five Shepherds who are running this community."
I told him, I said, I want an audience with every one of them. Period!
Well, we stayed the rest of the night because I had left my other church and was now committed to this "Shepherding Community."
I never got an audience though with the "Five," but I did get one with John's Big Shepherd.
As we entered the guys office, we didn't have to say anything, as the man conceded that I was right in my position, he apologized on behalf of the other Elders, Little John apologized to (my sheep) Jon and said that it would never happen again, as he was profusely sorry for his behavior.
So, did their behavior in the community change concerning their attitudes about the "TITHE?"
Not really, and a year or so after that when I left the community, I found that among the "Clergy," it had only gotten worse among many "Streams," Churches or Christian Centers.
Somehow for the next few decades, these attitudes were spread all over the Charismatic, Pentecostal, Word of Faith churches, as if somehow God created the Clergy to be served by the Laity and financed for whatever whims that they feel for that day.
And there have been many other errors in the church which I have been fighting for and at all times in my life making my grievances known in the hopes that these errors will then be dealt with in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
But could I explain to all that I didn't join the "NAR," I believe they call it?
I never even knew what it was until I started going on "You Tube."
You see, the reason why my websites are named Hisapostle, HisProphet, is because those are the names that God gave me when he instructed me to purchase the domains in order to get complimentary "Websites."
I have never ever been a 'part,' of a direct group of minister's who call themselves "Apostles," and then 'lord,' it over the rest of the 'body of Christ."
Actually, I don't believe these groups even exist, except for the paranoia from the non believing groups who are steadfast against the "Spirit Filled Churches."
In other words, these fallacies are made up of churches and individuals who are totally against "Spirit Filled Ministries."
And again, what they are basically doing is they are "blaspheming," the works of the Holy spirit among the church of Jesus Christ.
Well, they ought to read the Bible in those areas in which they refuse to enlighten themselves.
Let me explain, for every time in my life where I stood up or spoke against a church or the false practices in the church, I was either "shunned, lied against, Slandered, Gossiped about, Hated, deemed irrelevant as a productive worker in any church or ministry, not supported, or whatever.
My point is that I have fought against almost everything that these quick five and dime theologians are fighting against, but I never did any of it for profit, nor was it reported on "hearsay."
Let me give a few examples. Almost all of the ERROR in the church which you find can be attributed to the cause of money.
Let's take this so-called NAR. Would you really like to know where this great heresy came from?
Sorry, but it didn't come from these "Spirit Filled Churches."
No, it came from the imaginations of these Do-gooder "You Tubers," who are going to save Christendom from spreading false theology and hoping to take over the church. What they have been doing is counseling with themselves and talking about something that is a false narrative invented by them to stoke "Fear," against the new believers.
Many of these phony hypocrites are totally against "Spirit Filled Churches," because they are the ones who are preaching the kind of Jesus that changes men's lives.
So, what they do is exactly like what the "left," is doing to the government in which God has "blessed," under Donald Trump's hands.
Instead of the "ICE," agents being the bad guys, although they are seriously mostly just going after the Rapists, the murderers, the insane, and anyone else who could be a thrhet to your mother or sisters, these phonies on "You Tube," treat God's "Spirit Filled Workers" in the same way.
And let me point out when I criticized any church it was because I had been in the "Belly of the Beast," I had observed first-hand experience of the 'wrongs," expressed by the leaders. I never exposed darkness from "Hearsay," as so many of these others do. You see, it is hypocritical to expose a wrong in the church when you really are basing your accusations on hearsay, yet most all of these do that. They all get together and gossip and slander and then many imaginations are brought up to be considered "truths," when in reality they were only false narratives created in the minds of false apostles wishing to tear down the work of the Holy Spirit.
It's been about a year or so now, but a group of non-Spirit Filled Brothers and sisters openly branded me as a 'Deconstructionist."
Well, I was upset I had no idea what the hell it even meant, but it was obvious to me that it was a NEGATIVE term to define a Christian.
So, I look at the word, and I am thinking, "Well, it must mean that I am considered 'one who is a deconstructionist of the body of Jesus Christ.'"
And I was upset, as I thought, "Jesus, you know that my only goal in life is to bring more glory to the church, that you may have it all, Lord."
Well, all I could think of for that few weeks was of all the sacrifice that I have given for the Lord.
I thought of all the times that I have boldly spoken up in defense of the gospel or of the "Spirit Filled Church."
I thought of my loneliness from being cast out from the synagogues as Jesus promised, and then to have these people pour fresh salt right on my wound, it was hard.
Well, then a few months go by and I have had time to rethink all of the stands that I daily take or defend, and then it dawned on me, "You know what, those people are right."
I am a deconstructionist. Just look at what I am doing right now!
I have always been a "deconstructionist." Ever since I read the words of Jesus and he told his disciples, "I have not come to bring "Peace," but a sword!"
I am trying to deconstruct another plan and ploy which has been orchestrated by Satan in order for him to spread another false narrative concerning the "Spirit Filled church."
Are you "tracking," with me, (I learned a new term over the weekend from a pastor who I have been listening too lately!)
So, are you "tracking" with me?
Could I share with you a pattern in which I have noted among all of these do-gooder Theologians from "You Tube."
I was just reminded of something my Father once told me from his Army days during WW II.
My Father seldom if ever swore as he grew up a strict Catholic. Nonetheless, he told us that in the Army you always had these guys who would claim to know all about the Law.
You know, I guess they just walked around the camp giving out legal advice to anyone who would listen and most of the time it was useless. Well, the soldiers had a name for those guys, "They were known as 'poophouse lawyers.'" Actually, thinking about it they used a much more severe word in defining them. Does any have enough "discernment" to figure out the 'word,' they used?
But these are like these theologians on "You Tube," who know all about the "Spirit Filled Churches," and the constant ERROR that they are all in.
They should be called "Poophouse Theologians," for lack of a better term.
So, anyway, one of the patterns in which I have consistently seen among these guys and women who do this is a common trait.
Seriously, almost every one of them will tell you either I was Prayed for to receive the gift of tongues and found it to be a false doctrine or they will tell you, "Oh, yea I was in a church and I spoke in tongues for a little while but no longer do."
You see, the pattern that I have consistently noticed is that many of these individuals are BITTER.
Many spent early years in a Pentecostal or Charismatic Stream or church, yet never ever received the true Holy Spirit Gift of "Speaking in other tongues, so they blaspheme it later on in life to make up for their bad attitudes of never receiving it or lack of "Faith."
Well, one day they will all stand before Jesus.
First off, the Bible teaches that "the gifts and the callings of God are irrevocable."
In other words, once given a gift of tongues, God says, "It would be against my "WORD" for me to take them back." If I were to do that, then you would have every right to call me a liar."
Romans 11:29 New Living Translation
29 For God's gifts and his call can never be withdrawn.
Romans 11:29 AMPC.
For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]
Romans 11:29 New American Standard Bible
29 for the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
So, are you tracking with me? From my experience most of these know it all's about "Spiritual Gifts," don't have them because they never had them to begin with. If they did, then they would still be speaking in them.
Could I honestly say that I have never ever met a former "Charismatic," who used to speak in his private God given language for hours, and then heard him say, "Oh, but then God took that gift away from me."
No, what these phonies will mostly say is "Oh, I spoke a few words in tongues, and then realized they were not real."
Are you listening to what I am saying?
Could I give you God's perspective on the matter?
In Hebrews, the author says, speaking as God's spokesman. quoting scripture, reminds us of the passage from the Old Testament, "The just will live by Faith, BUT if my servant shrinks back, I will have no pleasure in him or HER," (My Paraphrase)
"No pleasure," so in other words, "If perhaps, you one day did speak a few words authored by the "Holy Spirit," but then shrank back, you are not pleasing me in your "walk," as a Christian, and have no right in 'preaching,' your corrupt theology blaspheming my "Holy spirit's gifts to my future children.
No, what many of these people are doing is they are blaspheming the "work of the Holy Spirit," or of the gifts themselves teaching a false narrative to dissuade the church from becoming a church of "Power."
Jesus said...
From Google AI:
AI Overview
Jesus said, "But you shall receive power when the Holy Ghost [Holy Spirit] has come upon you; and you shall be my witnesses..." In Acts 1:8. This statement was made just before his ascension, as part of his final instructions to the disciples regarding their mission to spread the gospel.
Key details about this verse:
Context: Acts 1:8, found in Bible Gateway and Bible Gateway.
The Promise: The Holy Spirit brings power for witnessing in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
The Empowerment: According to Crossway and this Facebook post, this power is for living as a witness of Jesus.
Timing: This occurred in Acts 1, leading up to the day of Pentecost in Acts 2.
So, can you see what the Lord is saying, these people are dividing the "Body of Christ."
They are not helping it, by spreading their "blasphemy."
You see, since they are ignorant of these gifts and do not understand them they would like to keep the rest of the church as ignorant as themselves. That way they can sit in their high and lofty places to enlighten the naive or new converts to Christ.
They want to pretend that they know what they are talking about when the 'truth' is that they only want your money and the way that they can be assured of a steady income is to turn away the new believers from the TRUTH.
But my point up to now is that I too fought against a movement in the church which claimed to be "Apostolic." Not because I saw them abusing the title by holding it over other Christians, but because some had used it to further their personal finances and had lost their focus.
I have also fought against a number of similar situations such as the way a man will preach a false ideal of "Prosperity," in his messages.
You see, what I am trying to say is that it is not wrong to speak up against false or misleading errors in the church. Nonetheless, what I am saying is that I don't hang a "Tile," out side my office.
Though, I believe that God has called me to the 'office' recognized as "Apostle" in the church, I do not use it to benefit myself financially.
Wouldn't that make me a false "Apostle," if that were the case?
Also, this false narrative in which they all exponentially gossip and slander about concerning the NAR, to scare converts into their folds has mostly come from their imaginations.
I have never once been contacted by any minister or group of ministers and been told, "Hey, you can't call yourself an "Apostle," you're not one of us," or have I ever been told "Well, if you are an Apostle, then you must be under our "Authority," because we are the only real true "Apostles," on the Earth."
Are you tracking with me?
All of those alleged stories have been exponentially "made up," of people who are jealous of the office and want to disprove the scriptures that clearly show that God calls men to be "Apostles."
You see, if you need a scripture for that; how about, "God is the same yesterday, today and forever."
You see, the scripture is mean to point out that what God did yesterday, he does today, and what God does today is what He will be doing tomorrow.
just as Jesus had a close relationship with a select few of his disciples, so he does today and so will he have one tomorrow.
Did not God call Abraham a "friend of God."
Did not the scripture declare that God spoke face to face with Moses?
AI Overview
God stated that He speaks with Moses "face to face" primarily in Exodus 33:11 and Numbers 12:8. These passages describe an intimate, direct, and clear communication, often described as speaking "as a man speaks to his friend" Facebook.
Exodus 33:11 (NKJV): "So the LORD spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend." Bible.com
Numbers 12:8 (NIV): "With him I speak face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD." Bible Gateway
Key Context:
Intimacy, Not Literal Physical Sight: Many scholars interpret this as an idiom for intense intimacy, as God also tells Moses in Exodus 33:20 that "you cannot see my face, for man shall not see me and live" TheTorah.com, GotQuestions.org.
The Tent of Meeting: This communication took place at the "tent of meeting" outside the camp.
Uniqueness of Moses: Numbers 12:8 highlights that God did not speak to other prophets this way, making Moses's relationship unique.
Did not God allow John to declare himself "The disciple whom Jesus loved?"
Did Jesus not also have a closer relationship with Peter and James, as compared with his other disciples?
So, you see God never changed from his friendship with Abraham to his friendship with John, the beloved disciple.
Nor will God change when he chooses from this new Generation about to make their mark in Christianity.
So, why then do these far away little "stars," if you can call them that, in the heaven's grand scheme of things, get so perterbed at men such as myself who simply say that "I am a disciple in whom God loves and He told me to start a website called "Hisapostle.org?"
What is the BIG DEAL!
Are you sure that your flesh is just not extremely jealous or envious?
Just asking?
Are you tracking with me?
There is one other thing that I believe I heard the Lord tell me to share tonight. I hope you can fully grasp what I am about to share.
During the eighties and the nineties there wasn't an internet such as we have today. Nevertheless, what the Christian had if they were wise enough to take advantage of it was "Christian AM and FM Radio."
All through my life I have worked all kinds of various jobs. So, whenever I could I would do things which would enhance or contribute to my Christian Knowledge. You see, ever since my first year "walking as a Christian," I just knew that one day I was going to preach the gospel.
Well, I shared some of my experiences in that first community, but I would like to point out again that it was like a 'Boot Camp' in the Army which was to prepare it's members for a lifetime of serving Christ.
One of the things which we were taught and which I did for a few years was to schedule my weekly duties.
Well, this was why the devil would get so upset at this kind of churches or communities. You see, we were taught to structure our lives in every way to glorify Jesus.
We were taught that not only does God give us our finances to be budgeted and structured properly, but that our time was just as much a commodity or priority. So, when I left that community I more or less quit scheduling my time, yet I never forgot the value of having done that for the "Kingdom of God."
Later on, I started listening to the Bible on audio while I slept. Perhaps, I was moved to that decision from one little lesson from that "Book of Acts," type of community in which I was first brought to by the Lord. You see, I have been doing that practice for over forty years.
Anyway, so as I held these various jobs, on most any day you could find me with a pair of Earphones in my ear listening to Christian programs from the Radio.
Why?
Because one day, I knew that I would be called to minister.
Well, normally these programs would be half hour or hour long shows sponsored by some televangelist or Preacher. Some were good sermons, some were not so good sermons and some were the same old "prosperity," teachings taught night and day, night and day for decades.
Nonetheless, I did this for probably twenty years of my life. I mean, I had to work for a living, so I thought what better opportunity than to prepare for some long coming ministry, though, I never knew for certain just how God would work it all out.
But this is what you do if you are called by God.
What, are you supposed to just wait around for decades and then when God calls you say, "Here am I, Send me."
"Actually, I'm probably not the one who should be teaching this stuff?"
Nonetheless, that's what I did.
So, one day I was up in Tulsa going to some Christian Conference or another and I was on my motorcycle, as usual with a pair of Earphones in my ears.
And let me mention that I use to love listening to the Radio whenever I was in Tulsa, because that was where I first began the practice. I was in Bible School up there and there were all kinds of Radio Preachers filling the Air Waves.
So, on this day, I was listening to a Pastor from one of the churches which I attended while enrolled in Bible School. He was a local pastor and then he told this story or made mention of a scripture along with his preaching.
So, he quotes this proverb and then jokingly makes mention of the obvious and you hear the congregation laugh and as this goes on, I swear, it was the exact same routine that I had heard sitting in his church twenty years earlier.
So, it was as if God had given me an epiphany of knowledge. The scripture quoted was from Proverbs, about "Better to live in a corner of your rooftop, rather than to have a house with a contentious woman?" Something like that, let me look it up...
Proverbs 25:24 New King James Version
24 It is better to dwell in a corner of a housetop,
Than in a house shared with a contentious woman.
But my point is that when I heard this preacher in Tulsa, on the radio, the Holy Spirit began to speak to me concerning wisdom.
I said to myself, "This is almost like what the world calls De ja vue. I am sure that I heard the exact same preaching twenty years ago, from this pastor when I was in Bible School."
And so, as I got to think about the entire episode, I realized that what the Lord was showing me was that there has been just too much information being disseminated from our preachers for the last two to three decades.
I began to look at my past history of "Intake," of "Religious TALK from the radio. I thought of twenty various "Word Teachers," who I had been listening to religiously on the Radio for now, a few decades.
And then I had a thought which I felt was inspired by the Lord, I thought, "How much of my "intake," has just been religious "cliches," or how much has been actual applicational knowledge?
And then I realized that had I only been taught actual 'applicational knowledge,' I could have saved untold hours and hours of my life, perhaps listening to SCRIPTURE, or biblical teaching on the geography, the customs of the people, the thinking of the Rabbi's and their perspectives on Jewish tradition or culture concerning the "Word of God."
No, instead I had been listening over and over to the cliches and supposed latest revelations of the "Prosperity or Charismatic," doctrines which had been repeated over and over and ad nausea.
And so, what I see in this generation is the same thing.
Could I explain how the "Prosperity," doctrines flourished all over the country in such a way that had led the church away from the teachings of Jesus concerning "Passion," for the lost, the poor, the down and out, but instead only produced one of the churches most selfish generations of Christians whose sole emphasis was for their better standing financially in life.
A generation which had been consumed with getting the most material blessings than any other Christians of the last two thousand years?
It was because they flooded the market with so much unnecessary garbage that the CHURCH had no other recourse except to believe them, although ninety five per cent of it was just repeated "FLUFF."
So, God showed me a number of things that day and I began to think "practical" concerning it all.
For one, I got to thinking about the many numbers of radio preachers, yet most all say the same things repeated by a hundred other preachers.
And then I looked at the amount of supposed godly teachings which they all reported to have been inspired by God?
Let me give you one thing to think about, Okay?
Do you realize that when any "You Tube," decides to take on the responsibility of one of these "Self Proclaimed," defender of truth platforms what they are doing is to basically 'contracting,' to be another FULL TIME, defender of truth, yet almost all do not have the wisdom or the resources to do it properly.
So, what I am saying is that Satan uses the same deception and tricks in order to divide the CHURCH as he has always done since he first spoke to Eve in the garden.
What he does is he will approach one of these "Do-gooder," self proclaimed "Poophouse Theologian," and he will whisper in their ear, "are these strange ministries who speak in those strange tongues really from God?"
Did God really say that you must "go to Jerusalem to receive Power," or can't you really receive a much more profound Spiritual Education from one of these "Baptist, " Elders who have been suppressing the truth...I Mean, sharing the truth for 'lo, these many generations?"
And then the devil continues his whispering in their ear, why don't you take a rightful stand and defend all of these possible converts who may be deceived to go to Jerusalem and who are searching for "Truth."
"Why, who is more qualified than you, 'Wasn't your daddy a big name in the Baptist and Charismatic churches?'"
Or don't you come from a three or four generational family of Preachers who have no recognition whatsoever?
"Surely, no one is as qualified as you to go and spread a little "gossip," among the brethren?"
And so, what we have today in the church are 'Prosperity Preachers,' over 'Prosperity Preachers,' over 'Prosperity Preachers.' but none of these are preaching "PROSPERITY."
No, they are just spreading lies, gossip, slander, and innuendo against the "Spirit Filled," congregations or "Streams." Nonetheless, they are exactly likened to "Prosperity Preachers," who had flooded the market with "Poophouse Doctrine." Maybe two per cent relevant the rest was all "filler," that lined their pockets.
Are you tracking with me?
What they are doing is glutting the system with maybe two per cent "TRUTHS," and ninety eight per cent "Filler."
Or what I like to call "FLUFF."
Are you tracking with me, do you see what I am saying.
A person goes on the Internet, looks around and sees the financial benefits of "Blaspheming the work of the Holy Ghost."
"Hey," they think, "I could be doing that like sister big mouth or brother 'righteousness." So then they begin their little online "Chop Shop."
The first show is all about what a parasite that Joel Osteen is.
The second show is all about the NRA, with much of the reporting concerning that evil, evil man, who has devoted his entire life spreading the news concerning the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and the limitless POWER in which one could achieve for the Kingdom of God, if their heart were right.
The third show is all about the hundreds or thousands who have got caught up in an American church which had deceptive pastors and seemed to only be interested in the money, yet they preached about receiving the 'gift of tongues.'
(Just to note, I am not denying that there are more than a handful. but could be hundreds or a few thousand, Paul was writing about the same over two thousand years ago.)
Nonetheless, Paul never hung a Shingle, "Have 'mouth,' will travel."

AI Overview
While exact, verified numbers are impossible to track, it is estimated that over 500 million people, largely within the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements, adhere to a tradition that includes experiencing an encounter with God and speaking in tongues (glossolalia). Other estimates suggest a smaller, more active population, with some projections estimating about 90 million, Charles A. Sullivan notes.
Key details regarding this population:
Global Distribution: The highest numbers are found in Africa and South America, Charles A. Sullivan writes.
Practice vs. Belief: While over 500 million may identify with the movement, the number who regularly practice speaking in tongues is unknown and varies by region.
Demographic Data: In the United States, about 25% of Evangelicals reported having spoken in tongues, according to the Christian Post.
Variability: Not all individuals who identify as Pentecostal or Charismatic speak in tongues, nor do they all attend churches that emphasize this practice, notes the Quora source.
Following from my calculator and Google...
Question: What per centage is two thousand from 500 million?
0.0004%
2000 is 0.0004% of 500 million
So, after these three shows, these little money maker "ministries," are on their way to that "Worldly success," by which America judges everything.
"Wow, you done did it ladies and gentlemen, what can I say?"
Well, now it is time for the fourth show, "Hmm, what do we preach for today, were running out of material."
Well, let me go back through Church History...."Yea, here we go this guy from the fifties, Norman Vincent Peale, what an evil man he was," looks like he preached that people should be "positive." Well if that isn't a doctrine devised in HELL, I don't know what is?"
Well, I think that I have made my point, maybe not to all, but to a few people, so I am going to end here.
In summing up this last point, what I would like to point out is much of the garbage that you are allowing your members to take in is "Pig Slop." as one of my old mentors liked to call it.
( 95 per cent filler, so the "show must go on." )
Are you tracking with me, what I am saying is that when you get that urge to sin, and to follow these "gossip mongers," ninety-five per cent of it is just filler material to what is relative in the church for today.
Period!

Jesus warned about blaspheming the Holy Spirit, often called the "unpardonable sin," in three main passages in the Synoptic Gospels: Matthew 12:31-32, Mark 3:28-30, and Luke 12:10. This warning was given to the Pharisees who accused Jesus of casting out demons by the power of Satan rather than the Holy Spirit.
Key Scriptures & Context:
Matthew 12:31-32: "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven" Bible Gateway.
Mark 3:29: "But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin" Bible Hub.
Context: The Pharisees observed Jesus' miracles but deliberately attributed the work of the Holy Spirit to an evil spirit, showing a hardened heart that refused to repent.
The unforgivable sin is understood as a persistent, final rejection of the Holy Spirit's testimony to Jesus Christ, leading to a state where repentance is impossible.

Lastly, for those who are saying that that man is preaching the gospel contentiously out of hate....
Question I asked "Google" in AI mode.
Where did Paul admit that he was preaching in a way that would make the Jews envious and jealous of Christians who had a closer relationship with Jesus?
From "Google AI," mode:
Paul admitted to this strategy in the Book of Romans, specifically in chapter 11.
Writing to the church in Rome, Paul explained that his ultimate goal in preaching to and elevating the Gentiles was to provoke his fellow Jews to a "holy jealousy" that would lead them to salvation.
Purpose of This Strategy
Restoration through Envy: Paul believed that when Jewish people saw Gentiles enjoying the spiritual blessings, peace, and direct relationship with God originally promised to Israel, they would long for that same connection and return to their Messiah.
Fulfillment of Prophecy: Paul based this concept on Deuteronomy 32:21, where God said He would make Israel jealous with "those who are not a nation".
Salvation for All: Despite being the "Apostle to the Gentiles," Paul's deep desire was for the salvation of his own people; he viewed the success of the Gentile mission as a catalyst for the eventual restoration of "all Israel".
Question: Where did Paul admit that he was preaching in a way that would make the Jews envious and jealous of Christians who had a closer relationship with Jesus?
Paul admitted to this strategy in the Book of Romans, specifically in chapter 11.
Writing to the church in Rome, Paul explained that his ultimate goal in preaching to and elevating the Gentiles was to provoke his fellow Jews to a "holy jealousy" that would lead them to salvation.
The key verses are:
Romans 11:13-14: "I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I take pride in my ministry in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them".
Romans 11:11: Paul clarifies that the Jewish "stumble" (rejecting Jesus) allowed salvation to come to the Gentiles specifically "to make Israel envious".
"Yea, well gee whiz, I never heard my 'preacher' preach like that and I owe my entire 'spiritual walk,' to the man."
"Why, he made me the man or woman that I am today."
"A lover of God and his people, and of course Mucho Dinero, as well!"
Please note that although I was never a N.V.P. devotee, nor even agreed wholeheartedly with his "thinking," I recognized that he brought something forward in the minds of many Americans.
And what was that?
It was called "Christianity."
Thereby, the man caused millions to re-examine their DEAD denominational religions.
So, in other words, I would be very careful in who I criticized because it is just possible that this man was "a friend of God's?"
Woke up by God and told to "Google" a question:
"Who was Norman Vincent Peale and how did he change his generation?"
AI Overview
Norman Vincent Peale (1898–1993) was an influential American clergyman and author who popularized "positive thinking" by integrating Christian principles with psychology. As the longtime pastor of New York's Marble Collegiate Church and author of the bestseller The Power of Positive Thinking (1952), he changed his generation by shifting religious focus toward self-improvement, fostering an era of optimism, and pioneering the "self-esteem gospel".
Key Contributions to His Generation:
Popularizing Positive Thinking: Peale's 1952 book remained on the New York Times bestseller list for 186 weeks, selling millions of copies. He taught that a positive attitude could overcome obstacles, changing how many Americans approached personal, emotional, and financial challenges.
Integrating Psychology and Faith: He was a pioneer in combining spiritual counseling with psychological techniques, even operating a clinic at his church. This approach helped make religious faith seem more practical and relevant to daily life.
Using Mass Media for Ministry: Beyond his sermons, Peale reached millions through a daily radio show, his television program What's Your Trouble?, and Guideposts magazine, which he co-founded.
Fostering a "Businesslike" Christianity: Peale's approach focused on empowering individuals to achieve success, which resonated with the post-WWII American emphasis on prosperity and upward mobility.
Influencing Modern Self-Help: He is considered a foundational figure in the modern self-help movement, encouraging the idea that individuals have the power to change their lives through their thoughts.
While highly influential, his methods were also criticized by some, including theologian Reinhold Niebuhr, who argued that Peale's approach "corrupted" the gospel by focusing on success rather than the traditional message of Christian faith.
You see, even though his 'theology,' was not perfect, he woke up an entire generation from the doldrums of "stagnation and depression" of many denominational churches which had all fallen asleep," and had no thoughts of God.
Who knows, perhaps it was his "awakening," which had partly paved the way for the "Charismatic movement" to help become "born?"
So, in other words, many have no idea on how God uses certain men.
Well, one day he might just give you a different perspective of those "songs," which the lyrics don't meet your "Theological standards" or of the "perfect Preacher," who you all have been expecting every man to be or to have been?
2:58 Am
Lastly, let me say that I just listened to one of these "You Tube," theologians and heard one of the most disgusting episode or episodes from the various movements within the Charismatic Church and that I believe every "word," in what this man was and is telling.
The individuals who he was speaking about need to be exposed. This was what I did for a few years when I witnessed a horrible tragedy and felony committed by a number of so-called Christians within a "Stream," called the "Prophetic."
I also, found many of these evangelists to be Pathological liars in the "stories," in which they told from God's pulpit. Nevertheless, I always exposed them for who they were, and publicly called them liars. Connivers, thieves as I likened them to murderers and enemies of God.
Finally, one of the culprits who was behind much of the disgrace was brought out into the open and finally after I witnessed hundreds of thousands of these sick devotees for over ten years, who had been paying homage to this character or false apostle and had been covering up his "SINS," finally began "telling the truth."
Nevertheless, only a very small per cent-age was ever brought into the light, as many of these devotees had all along understood the evil of what had been in this man's heart.
Nonetheless, many of these ministries have been around for three or four decades and I no longer bother myself with their behavior. You see, I could go on and continue to expose the things which I see by "Hanging" my shingle outside the office and to make this my priority in life.
Or I could instead "forgive" and to pray that many of these "Individuals," would turn from their "cover ups," and grow up into mature men or women of Faith.
You see, many times after I would expose one of these guys as an almost Pathological liar, I would think that I had changed the man.
Well, from what I have just been reading lately of these same men, it looks as if none have changed and are still "covering up," their "sins," rather than to run a ministry of integrity.
Well, should I let this continue to bother me?
I think not, this is just the American church and what so many of these men and women have brought it to.
Nonetheless, my point is "Please expose all wrong doing which may affect your brothers and or sisters, but do it out of PURE and UNADULTERATED motives."
Not out of Hatred or Spite because you do not adhere or agree with their theology.
There is no where in scripture where Jesus deputizes someone to hang a "shingle," "Have Mouth will Travel," for a lifelong ministry.
And that is my story, and I am sticking to it....
4:10 AM 1-24-26
This is the last addition, I promise. Maybe?
Yesterday, I was gleaning through the 'nutcases,' and I happened upon another which I am not sure "How to classify it."
Let's just say it is an alleged "nut case," you tube video.
But my "You Tube," page lands upon this channel which is "showcased," from a theological platform run by this woman who is doctrinally going through each and every Praise or Worship song, so she can either approve the doctrine of each song and whether they may be approved by her for the churches sake.
Should she rule with disapproval of a particular song, then that would mean that your church is in error if you happen to sing it by way of an ignorant "Worship Leader?"
In others words, if you happen to sing a song written by a brother or sister from Bethel Church then you are considered in God's eyes as a "Cult member," or you are displeasing to the Lord. I guess if you used bad Grammar in the construction of the song, well I am sure that she would probably note that it couldn't be "inspired," by God, since he is perfect?
So, here we have this woman with a following of six and a half thousand hits, all seeking this woman's theological perspective as to whether a song is from God or not.
I only listened to a few of her clips, but it seemed as if she was demanding perfect theological and legalistic wording in each and every song, which will pass her litmus test, as to whether it is alright for you to go ahead and release your Praise or Worship to God.
Well, she has like 76 videos which finely go through the "worship songs," sung by believers all through the church.
I suppose she thinks she is "The Good Housekeeping seal," from heaven?
"Oh that was a seal of approval from the fifties which meant...Oh, Never mind.
So, anyways, yesterday as I was gleaning "You Tube," contributions, the Holy Spirit lands me on one of her theological lessons.
I believe that it was entitled something like, "Is it alright to listen to secular music if you are a Christian?"
I laughed so hard, because I knew the argument that she was getting ready to present. Not that I thought that it would make any sense, but I discerned that the whole episode was to excuse her from listening to her favorite "Secular Super Stars," who like similar aged little girls all worship these "Pop stars," allegedly, of course.
But I fast forward to about three quarters through and I heard the statement which I knew was coming.
She says, something, like, "Well, golly gee, these are just songs that tell stories there is nothing wrong with that..."
In other words, she was giving approval for the "CHURCH," to turn on all of these secular Pop Stars, who are basically "Fleshly Idols," in many cases, but you are in grave error and border on being a psychopathic Cult member, should you listen to a song from Hillsong or Bethel.
Well, I don't know what else to say, other than I immediately had a vision.
It was of a big hypocrite finishing up her daily chores on a computer and then going outside her house and proceeding to drive down the road in her little KIA.
And then as I watched this little "cupcake," lean her head back she was wailing as an animal, every lyric, as this is her trademark, her face turned to the sky and it was at full volume, let me tell you.
And then as the vision began to disappear from my mind, I distinctly thought that I heard that one lady "belting" out a song from the Radio.
You know, who I am talking about, isn't she dating a Football Player or something?
"Oh Yeah, I just remembered her name, I believe she calls herself "God's Whistleblower."
There she goes again, "Whistle blowing down the Highway!"
