Luke 1:13-17 The Message
13-15 But the angel reassured him, “Don’t fear, Zachariah. Your prayer has been heard. Elizabeth, your wife, will bear a son by you. You are to name him John. You’re going to leap like a gazelle for joy, and not only you—many will delight in his birth. He’ll achieve great stature with God.
15-17 “He’ll drink neither wine nor beer. He’ll be filled with the Holy Spirit from the moment he leaves his mother’s womb. He will turn many sons and daughters of Israel back to their God. He will herald God’s arrival in the style and strength of Elijah, soften the hearts of parents to children, and kindle devout understanding among hardened skeptics—he’ll get the people ready for God.”

Here's a more detailed breakdown:
You know today I had some Fox show on and I heard that there was or were some Politicians in France, who were demanding that America return the “Statue of Liberty,” back to France.
Well, you don’t want to judge until you get all the facts, so I started re-searching for more information before I wanted to comment on it.
Well, I went to “search engine,” after “search engine,” until I was satisfied that I had the whole story. Unfortunately, I didn’t make ‘notes,’ as to who supplied what data.
Have you ever done that in school?
I remember a few times where I had committed that faux pas, but it was mostly restricted to my researched “stories?”
Nevertheless, I am sure that I had read on one a complete account of the story and why a politician would feel justified,’ in asking for its return.
Anyway, apparently when the French had sent it over on a ship it was among three other ships which were also carrying a few other parts of the model or statue.
Well, I guess there was a nor'easter, whatever that is, and it sank one of the boats which happened to be carrying “Lady Liberty’s,” Right Big Toe.
So, anyway it got the French all up in a ‘tizzy,’ because according to the reports from the “Shippers,” there was also on the ship ten thousand cans of Escargot, and three hundred cases of the finest French Champagne.
Sympathetically, President Grover Cleveland was just about to compensate the shipping company as a ‘good will,” gesture toward France, but he caught himself and made a decision to investigate the ‘shipwreck’ first.
Well, they come to find out that the “ten thousand cans of Escargot” all had expiration dates which had expired like a year before?
And then after sending a team of divers which we had to pay twenty-four-hour days and seven-day weeks, they retrieved about half of the “three hundred cases of the finest French Champagne.”
Nevertheless though, when you un-corked the bottles all the corks were a sort of Black and very brittle. So, I believe that they had made a decision that these perhaps were not the “finest French Champagnes.”
Therefore, President Cleveland refused to compensate anyone for anything. Fortunately, however, they did retrieve the “Right Big Toe,” so it wasn’t as if it was a total loss.
So anyway, I was thinking that it is unfortunate that they hadn’t made this request last year because I am sure that Joe Biden and all of his co-horts would’ve been happy to compensate the” French” and with damages, suffering and interest, no doubt.
Nevertheless, I’m not so sure that President Trump is going to be as generous?
“What are your thoughts on the matter?”
You can write to one of your Democratic Congressmen and if they are pleased with your position, they are liable to just give you one of their Tesla’s purchased last year?
Who knows, stranger things have happened!
Besides, they are a ‘goofy,’ lot!

Disclaimer:
Upon double checking my research from yesterday, I realized that I had gotten a few facts mixed up. It wasn’t the Right Big toe,” in which the ship that sank was carrying, but it was the “second toe.”
You see, this particular toe wouldn’t fit in the other three due to its huge length, therefore this was a special ship solely commissioned to carry the “Right Second Toe.”
Please see further information concerning it on “Google:”

Yes, the toes of Lady Liberty are visible, and in fact, she is depicted with what's called "Morton's toes," where her second toe is longer than her big toe.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
The Statue of Liberty's feet are designed with a feature known as Morton's toes, where the second toe is longer than the big toe.
A full-scale replica of the Statue of Liberty's foot, showcasing this feature, can be found at the Statue of Liberty Museum.
Broken shackles and chains are also depicted at the Statue's feet, symbolizing the end of slavery.
The sandal of the Statue of Liberty is 25' long, which would be a US Women's Shoe size of 879.
Hey, while I am on the subject, I was wondering how many individuals were inspired by my music link of Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynne. Years ago, I left Bible School a little angry and decided that I probably ought to change my taste in music, since listening to Christian music would be sort of hypocritical, as I had made a short-term decision to quit attending church for a while.
Well, I had been living in Tulsa for the past eighteen months or so, and somewhere, (“God help me,” I thought) I began to listen to Country Music on occasion. Anyways, I got back to Detroit where I was raised and somehow I acquired a CD, of Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynne.
Well, I was always curious of where someone gets the name, “Conway Twitty,” but I started listening to this tape of the couple performing all of these “Country Duets.” Many of them were love songs, or tear jerkers, but I was so impressed with the chemistry in which these two had together that I began the “Country Music,” phase of my life.
Soon, I had found some of the most satisfying music in which I had ever heard, since my days as a kid listening to various top hit forty fives from “Keener Thirteen,” a radio station in Detroit.
They used to publish a one-page piece of literature which listed all of the top one hundred hits and albums and you could get it in many businesses around the Detroit area.
Then I was listening to some of the lesser-known British bands like the Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, and the Small Faces, Jeff beck, and some others, as well as a lot of Folk music from Baez, Dylan, Van Morrison and others.
Then for a short time, I used to sing along with the Motown hits.
I’m not kidding you.
I used to almost have some of the songs memorized from the “Four Tops, Smokey Robinson and the Miracles, The Temptations, and even knew a few of “The Supremes,” songs, “Baby Love… and then it was on to the Rock and Roll music of the late sixties and early seventies.
That was when I sort of lost all of my senses in music, as many times it was accompanied by an occasional joint or what have you!
No, I didn’t mean that, you don’t want any “What have you….
So, here I am back in Detroit, and I began listening to Country Music, and I learned to love it, despite the funny names that they had, honest.
I listened to Willie, Merle, and Wayland and others:
From Google:
“Some of the legends of country music include Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, George Jones, Merle Haggard,”
(and Waylan Jennings, as well as many not even mentioned that go even further back.)
Then there was another “Duet Team,” named “Frizzel and West,” as I recall. These guys almost had the chemistry that “Twitty and Lynne,” had, or may have even beat it in a number of songs?

I forget the album but it was memorable.
I really enjoyed this couple’s music.
Anyway, then I used to listen to the newer artists of country in that period and they had some great ones, but many of their names are not readily coming to mind.
Of course, George Straight, but there were others such as Vern Gosden, Vince Gill, Reba, john Anderson and Dwight Yoakum, who I really liked listening to.
Nonetheless, of all of “Country,” I think Merle Haggard’s music was the most appreciated by myself during that period in my life.
Much of his later work was styled completely different from the typical “Twang,” in which many associate with the Genre.
In particular, he wrote about his life in California, around the Kern River, as I recall. His music in some instances had a type of contemporary Jazz, or modern-day rhythm, I guess you would say?
Nevertheless, it was more Folk and I loved those later albums.

Anyway, I haven’t even gotten to the crux of this paper, so let me “get off,” this rabbit trail of my music history.
You see, I am about to tell you of another Parable….”Oh, yea, I forgot to mention that the story concerning the sinking ship was a “Parable.”
It was a lesson on which is more important “Pride and Materialism,” or “Individuals lives,” and there is no comparison.
No, it never happened, but you would be surprised to know how many Emails that I have received from people wanting to know more data about where that ship went down?
Well, before I get on with my next “parable,” let me share a little scripture with you as this is a ministry that I am representing.
But did you know that there are a few more instances where the Lord got mad written about in scripture than most people have been led to believe.
You see, there are the two times where Jesus entered the Temple in Jerusalem and overturned the money changers tables.
Yes, I know, most people only think that there was one, but theologians have determined that there were two occasions where the Lord acted in this manner. One was at the beginning of his ministry and the other was right before his death.
Nonetheless, scripture has recorded other instances of where I believe Jesus was very angry.
You see, Jesus was “dogged,” all his life by “Pharisees, and the Religious,” who were always trying to trap him.
Well, there was one time, and I believe that by the jealousy and or the envy from the Pharisees, he gave them a type of “last warning.”
The following is what “Google’s” perspective is on the scriptures, but let me help give a little more illumination afterward:
AI Overview
Jesus warned against the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit in Matthew 12:31-32 and Mark 3:29.
Here's a breakdown:
"Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come."
"But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin."
AI Overview
Jesus warned against the "unpardonable sin" of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit in the context of the Pharisees' accusations that he was casting out demons through the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons, after witnessing Jesus heal a demon-possessed man.
Here's a more detailed explanation:
The Pharisees, who were religious leaders, witnessed Jesus heal a blind and mute man possessed by a demon.
Instead of acknowledging the power of God in Jesus's healing, the Pharisees attributed Jesus's ability to cast out demons to the power of Beelzebul, the prince of demons.
Jesus rebuked the Pharisees, stating that they were blaspheming the Holy Spirit, and that such a sin would not be forgiven, either in this age or the age to come.
This event highlights the importance of recognizing the work of the Holy Spirit and the dangers of attributing God's power to evil forces.
Can you understand what even ‘Artificial Intelligence’ can understand by the scriptures?
Funny though, the Pharisees didn’t have the common sense to understand what a modern-day machine can understand.
So, here is the setting, “these Pharisees, are jealous of Jesus, so they are constantly attacking Jesus and those who he befriends.”
Day in and day out, Jesus is “dogged,” by people following His ministry and just looking for an opportunity to accuse him or to catch him in some hypocritical “sin.”
Well, the Lord is used to seeing and living under this until one of these Pharisees begins to attack an acquaintance or a friend of Jesus.
Well, this always made Jesus to react and generally he would put the man in his place.
Well, soon thereafter, the individual Pharisee who has only evil in his heart, tries it again, so once again Jesus was forced to act.
Well, wouldn’t you think that this “fool,” would have learned his lesson by now?
No he hadn’t, so he takes his “correction,” but then again, his jealousy and envy cause the man to even respond a third time.
Once again, he wishes to question the sincerity of “the works of the Holy Spirit,” as performed by Jesus.
But you see, in all of these cases, it probably wouldn’t have hurt or bothered the Lord, except for the fact that these “Pharisees,” are not strictly going after Jesus, but in every case, they are attempting to belittle or to insinuate evil toward the innocent victims in which Jesus had contact with or had befriended.
So, this is where the scriptures are taking us in the account of Jesus giving this most serious warning concerning the “blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.”
But Jesus, even in his frustration was trying to be logical with them, but most refused his kind gestures. He even told them, “Say what you want against me, but do not go after the friends which I encounter through the “working of the Holy Spirit.”
You see, they had committed “Strike One, strike two, and now they had just committed Strike Three” against the ‘son of man,’”
So, this was Jesus’ response:
Matthew 12:30-35 New Living Translation
30 “Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.
31 “So I tell you, every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven—except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks against the Son of Man can be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven, either in this world or in the world to come.
33 “A tree is identified by its fruit. If a tree is good, its fruit will be good. If a tree is bad, its fruit will be bad. 34 You brood of snakes! How could evil men like you speak what is good and right? For whatever is in your heart determines what you say. 35 A good person produces good things from the treasury of a good heart, and an evil person produces evil things from the treasury of an evil heart.
Okay, let me break this down, so even the simplest can understand. What Jesus is saying to these Pharisees is that “You can say what you want against myself or against my Father, but when you start going after ‘my best friend or friends, then you are on very dangerous ground, and you are bringing God’s judgement upon yourself.”
He is saying that “those who the Holy Spirit, has ministered with are not to be ridiculed or made fun of and if you wish to continue in this type of “MOCKING,” God’s works, then you will only expedite the judgment which you will be bringing on yourself and which you may never ever be forgiven of unless you “Repent.”
I mean, could Jesus be any more clearer than in what he spoke to those Pharisees?
Well, okay we got that out of the way, Nonetheless, I am sure that many of you will appreciate those short Bible Lessons in which I like to incorporate into my papers.
So, now I am going to tell the “Parable,” of the “Masked singer.”
Well, I am sure that you have all heard of the “Masked Singer,” didn’t Hollywood, come up with some show or something having to do with that?
Well, I don’t know if they had taken it from “the legend,” but there is a “legend of the Masked singer,” in a city of the United States.
Can you guess where that city is?
Yep, Nashville, most of you got that right.

Isaiah 54:13-17 New Living Translation
13 I will teach all your children,
and they will enjoy great peace.
14 You will be secure under a government that is just and fair.
Your enemies will stay far away.
You will live in peace,
and terror will not come near.
15 If any nation comes to fight you,
it is not because I sent them.
Whoever attacks you will go down in defeat.
16 “I have created the blacksmith
who fans the coals beneath the forge
and makes the weapons of destruction.
And I have created the armies that destroy.
17 But in that coming day
no weapon turned against you will succeed.
You will silence every voice
raised up to accuse you.
These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord;
their vindication will come from me.
I, the Lord, have spoken!
